I think one problem is that it's not possible to use a lot of load (compare to traditional training), if the set should last for 1.5 to 2 minutes... However, it might also be the case that I simply didn't eat enough food after training. Another argument against this method is that you only stimulate growth once per week, as opposed to several times a week with traditional training.
Anyway, I have now switched to the Leangains approach, which is more work of course, but the results speak for themselves!
